I can offer team vision and strategy workshops using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and materials. This is an incredible way to help people solve problems, strategise, envision and discuss. It's an amazing tool because using the LEGO® bricks encourages people to think and communicate in a different way. The process also ensures that absolutely everyone involved has a voice- not just those who are the loudest.

I have been a trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials since 2021 and have used the process in a variety of workshops and away days to help people to form vision and strategise for the future.

These workshops work best when you have an open-ended question that you want to explore and are particularly helpful when you are looking at:
